The Inventor of the Pot Cover Receptacle with his two sons
Inventor of the Pot Cover Receptacle (right) with his two sons

Personal need was my inspiration for coming up with the design for the Pot Cover Receptacle.

When my wife fell ill, I assumed all kitchen duties, including cooking. I noticed how difficult it was to keep all of the pot and pan lids organized because they didn't stack easily. That’s why I designed the Pot Cover Receptacle. I wanted to eliminate the time consuming task of searching for lids and the annoyance of trying to put them neatly away.

I served as a Merchant Marine during World War II, earned a BA in Government and a Masters Degree in Public Administration, and am currently retired after working for the Social Security Administration for more than 27 years.
